Hoofer was born on a cliff in the high Himalayas. It was a sweet life; however, Hoofer knew his life would be more than just hanging out on cliffs and eating grass. Hoofer left the Himalayas to find life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. After leaving Nepal, he took a job as an antler model in New York City. He was so successful in this role, that he was promoted to an advertising sales person position. Hoofer has been credited with creating some of the most successful advertising campaigns in the history of the World.
Chad is over the top excited about the chance to work at iBex home warranty. He has been around the real estate industry for many years. While not working, Chad loves to spend time with his awesome wife, daughter, and son. In addition to amazing family time, Chad's other love is mountain biking; you would say this is where he finds himself.
Preston has been in the real estate industry for 15 years. He worked on a successful real estate team with his brother and favorite assistant (Adam and Christina, both now with iBex). Preston has been married for 15 years to his beautiful wife, and has 3 children. He loves long distance hiking and traveling with his family.
Adam is super excited to be a part of iBex home warranty. He has been in the real estate industry for over 20 wonderful years. Adam plans on bringing his knowledge and experience of the real estate industry to iBex. He wants to provide the best home warranty to consumers. Always a hard worker, Adam graduated with his masters degree from the University of Utah. In his first year in real estate he won rookie-of-the-year at Keller Williams. He also worked on a real estate team with his brother (Preston, also with iBex), where they strived for excellence. They were one of the top teams in the state of Utah for 14 plus years. Adam's favorite award was "the best customer service award" at Coldwell Banker. Adam has been married 18 years, and has 3 children. He loves to spend time skiing, going to movies, attending 80's and 90's rock-band concerts, and cheering on his favorite college football team.
Andrew brings 15 years of real estate and customer service skills to iBex Home Warranty. Andrew was raised in farm country. He can move pipe, haul hay, and milk cows. He is also really good on a ladder, and claims to have saved many lives by helping friends with Christmas lights and other projects. He graduated as a proud Wildcat from Weber State University. Andrew has a long past of manual labor, skiing, dirt biking, getting stuck in snow or mud, and ping pong. His newest hobby is snorkeling. He also likes to make sculptures. He is outnumbered at home with a beautiful wife and daughter.
Christina has been in the real estate industry for over 17 great years, with a large percentage of that time being spent working side-by-side with Adam, Preston and Chad. She has learned a lot regarding homeowner's needs and how to best help them through the home buying process. She is very excited to be a part of the iBex Home Warranty Team! She is so ready to make your experience with iBex Home Warranty easy and smooth, so plan on a great experience. Christina loves spending time with her family and enjoys living in Utah with all it has to offer. Christina's favorite hobbies (other than taking care of iBex clients) are going with her husband, son, family and friends dirt biking, ATV riding, fishing, camping and all around having fun in the great outdoors!
Maren has been with iBex Home Warranty since 2018. Before iBex she helped support her husband with his real estate endeavors helping with advertising, bookkeeping, interior design and more. When Maren is not working she enjoys spending time with her handsome hubby and their 3 amazing kids. She loves traveling to new places, trying new foods, and running with friends.
I love being a part of of Ibex Home Warranty. I have a wonderful husband and 2 beautiful kids and I cannot forget our beautiful golden doodle Detmer. I grew up in South Ogden where I started young in the real estate business with my dad. I have always loved this amazing community. I love to watch the show Friends and Hike on a daily basis. I love to shop and enjoy fashion.
Charlotte is excited to be a sales rep for iBex! She’s happily married to her high school sweetheart and they have 4 children. Her loves are spending time with her family, traveling, movies, music, playing board games, and all things Harry Potter. She’s super excited to be serving the awesome people of Utah!
Zee has been in the home service industry for over 10 years, and has always been fortunate to be surrounded by terrific individuals. He left the home service industry to join ibex where his skillset in working with homeowners and service providers can be fully utilized. He has been married to his high school sweetheart for 8 years and they have 4 kids.
I love traveling, I'm a fashion fanatic , married to my best friend, love long walks on the beach or in the rain and I love getting my hair done.
Born and raised in Texas, Michelle knows southern hospitality and is excited to bring that southern flair to iBex Home Warranty. She has been a part of the real estate community for 8 years. Michelle has been married to her husband, Jeremy, for 20 years and they have 2 sons who are the center of their world. She and her family relocated to Utah over 9 years ago and know this as home. Michelle graduated with her bachelors from University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, Arkansas. She enjoys spending time with her family, friends, traveling and loves animals.
Lauren has experience in the customer service world and loves to chat with people all day long. Her favorite animal is a goat, so the combination makes iBex the perfect place for her. Outside of work, Lauren loves to spend time with family and friends, with a bonus if it is in the great outdoors. She hopes to one day have goats of her own.
Hi! I am Natalie. I am married to a wonderful man and together we are raising 4 pretty cool humans. One has made it to adulthood and with a little luck and an insane amount of influence from their Dad the other 3 should reach adulthood as well. I love to be able to help people so working for iBex is the perfect job for me.
Cherie really loves working for iBex and enjoys the satisfaction she gets supporting customers and employees. Making them happy makes her happy! Cherie’ looks forward to spending quality time with her husband and 4 kids. They enjoy going on road trips (as long as it’s somewhere warm)! She also enjoys reading and listening to podcasts.

Jaimie loves being on the iBex team as a Guru. From other experiences in customer service, she knows being willing to help and offering kindness is vital. She’s ready at all times to answer your questions and concerns and offer a listening ear. If she were to take a short break from work it would be to play tennis or hike the mountains with Hoofer. Originally from Cache Valley, she celebrates with the Aggies, loves FatBoy sandwiches, and enjoys a long warm day at Bear Lake.

I have over 15 years of customer service experience. I love working with people and solving problems with them. I have been instrumental in developing several business strategies and implementing structured plans to help with the flow of customer relations as well as employee workflow. I love the challenge of taking new technology and making it work for the customer. I enjoy learning how things work and helping others solve problems.

Court is excited to be a part of the iBex team where he brings over 18 years of experience in providing top notch support to clients and retail business owners. In his free time he enjoys camping and fishing with family and friends. He loves spending time with his wife and three kids.
Anna loves being on the iBex team as a guru. She loves answering people’s questions and helping people have the best experience possible. When she is not working she loves doing things outdoors and always loves to watch a beautiful sunset. Recently Anna has gotten into doing “paint by numbers” and feels like she has completed a masterpiece each time.
Braiden started working with the great herd at iBex the beginning of August 2020. He is a college student seeking a degree in music education to become a band director. He plays his clarinet, loves board games, and overall loves to socialize and have fun!
CJ is super excited to be a part of Ibex. I bring 20 years of customer service skills to the team. I enjoy talking to customers so this is a perfect fit for me. In my free time you can find me with my 3 daughters getting our nails done, playing cards or hanging out by the campfire with friends and family.
Chad—Enjoys water without ice and a nice hot bath. Loves to comb his hair at night while watching the Kardashians. Has an affinity for beanies from Great Britain.
Preston—He’s just an ok guy. Likes to hang out in his crawlspace and has a season pass to Chuck-A-Rama.
Christina—Height 4 foot 2 inches; with hair bun 5 foot. Can domesticate an ibex, but not the people she works with.
Andrew—40 and 1 when playing horse shoes against himself.
Adam—Has Domino's on speed dial, and they know him by first name. And Loves Mountain Dew and chases it with chocolate milk. And likes to start all of his sentences with "and".
Hoofer—iBex bobsled team captain. Has had to have his helmet surgically removed, twice. Bites when provoked, injecting a harmless venom said to cause hallucinations of Barry Manilow.
Michelle has been known to embarrass family and friends with her “loud cheering”. Actually, she holds the title of Loudest Cheering Mom 7 years running!
